Air and Power Accessories

Rand-Air offers the total rental solution to ensure your project success, including connecting accessories that might be required; including hoses, connectors, cables and manifolds. Our hoses come standard with pre-mounted claw couplers and hose clamps, including a safety whip check. Our manifolds are fitted with all required claw couplings and safety whip checks. Both hoses and manifolds are safety inspected and can be supplied with pressure test certificates.

Air Hoses

Rental hoses come standard with pre-fitted couplers and hose clamps and include safety whip checks. Rental hoses are inspected after every hire and are safety certified annually, and can be supplied with test certificates.

3/4 Inch Hose

3/4 Inch Hose

The standard 3/4 Inch 30 meter hose is made from durable mining rubber.
Comes complete with 3/4 inch Chicago couplers and safety whip checks.
Ideal for our smaller compressor range, ideal for up to 12 bar settings.

2 Inch Layflat Hose

2 Inch Layflat Hose

The standard 2-inch 15 meter lay flat hose
Comes standard with 2-inch hose tails, hose clamps, and safety whip checks
Suitable for our larger range of compressors, ideal up to 16 bar

2-Inch High Pressure Hose

2-Inch High Pressure Hose

The High-pressure range of hoses come in a 2inch diameter 15 meter in length.
2-Inch hose tails, hose clamps, and safety whip checks.
Suitable for our high-pressure range of compressors, ideal up to 30 bar.

Manifolds

Manifolds come standard with a 2 inch WRE inlet, as well as 2 x 2 inch WRE Outlets and 6 x 3/4 inch Chicago Claw Couplers.
All inlets and outlets fitted with safety whip checks.
Manifolds are pressure tested and comply with local legislation for pressure vessel certification.

Cables

Rand-Air offers a range of electrical accessories to use with our electrical compressor and generator range, including cables and step up and step down transformers. Thus ensuring that you can connect and be up and running in no time.

Electrical Cables for use with the rental electrical air compressor range come in a standard 20m length and are fitted with glands and lugs in accordance with local safety legislation.

Cables are supplied in size: 16mm, 35mm, 70mm, 95mm and 120mm and are rated per power requirements of electrical compressor.

Transformers

The transformer range comes in the following sizes: 220kVa, 300kVa, 450kVa, 500kVa & 1100kVa

Rand-Air also offers a range of step-up and step-down transformers converting from 400V to 525V and vice vers
Rental transformers are regularly inspected and certified.
Transformers are fitted with safety hooks for ease of loading.
