The Clean Air Package (CAP) includes an aftercooler cleaner and desiccant dryer. The CAP cools the inlet air and filters the air removing 99% of particles, aerosols, and oil vapors and reducing moisture content by 70%. Rapid cooling is used to reduce the inlet air temperature, moisture forms and is extracted using desiccant containers.
Our CAPS are compact in size and come standard fitted with forklift slots. Our heavy-duty design ensures units are suitable for all site conditions. The unit comes standard with integrated DD and PD filters, which remove particles, aerosols, and oil vapors. The CAP includes an Integrated Water Separator and Integrated Aftercooler. All units are supplied with a SANS Government Approved Safety Relieve Valve and Vessel Certificate.
Our range can be used in conjunction with air compressors ranging from 800cfm to 1600cfm, pressure ranges from 4 bar to 10 bar.
