RAND-AIR NEWSLETTER - OCTOBER 2009

October 8th, 2009

1. Making the right choices

There is an old saying which says
“If a man knows not what harbour he seeks, any wind is the right wind”

  • In this October issue of our newsletter, we are focusing on choice, empowerment and quality. If Rand-Air is indeed a quality organization, would you as a valued customer, refer Rand-Air to a friend or colleague? We would therefore like to give you the opportunity to voice your opinion and ask you to fill out a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey, which should take less than five minutes to complete. Your feedback has given us the opportunity to improve on areas such as quality assurance, where we have introduced safety, health, environmental and risk management (SHERQ) policies.
  • We always strive to introduce innovative products. For example in this issue read about our new paving breakers- TEX 208PE.
  • Rand-Air believes in empowering its staff and has sent members on personal change and self-mastery training. This requires participants to examine their path of personal change and issues such as helplessness; victim versus mastery, and the benefits of change. Read more about this is in the people section.
  • Due to popular demand Rand-Air is giving away emergency road side utility kits to the first three customers who complete the competition questions.

Congratulations to the winners of our August competition. Suren Sookai, Neubert Gordon and Stephen Heggie
